Our accommodations in Greenport, NY range from intimate settings to condos that can sleep up to six guests. Find the lodging that works best for you and make your reservations at the Cliffside Resort today. Use our property guide and view our condos to decide which one is right for your party.

Reservation Policies include a 50% deposit on a Visa or MasterCard in order to reserve a condo. From time of booking to 30 days before the reservation your deposit is refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee. Should the reservation be cancelled within 30 days of the reservation the 50% deposit is non-refundable. There is a $100 Reservation Change Fee for all reservations changed within 30 days of the planned arrival. Cribs are available for rent on a limited basis for $50 per stay.
